The Ceramic Bread Cloche consists of two parts: a domed cloche and a serving tray. It mimics traditional bread ovens and ensures optimal baking results by creating the ideal humidity during baking. The result is bread with a thick crust and a soft, airy interior.
Made from extra heat-resistant ceramic, the Ceramic Bread Cloche is safe for oven use and can withstand temperatures from -20°C to 270°C. Slight variations and irregularities in the surface are due to traditional manufacturing methods and do not affect performance.
The cloche is compatible with the Thermomix® sensor for precise temperature monitoring. Cleaning is easy: the cloche is dishwasher safe or can be soaked in warm water with detergent for stubborn stains.
For optimal baking results, the dough should weigh between 500 and 750 grams and not rise excessively to prevent residue from sticking to the inner lid surface. During the initial uses, we recommend generously dusting the tray with flour to prevent sticking.
For a deeper, golden crust, the cloche can be removed 5-10 minutes before the end of baking. After baking, the bread should cool openly.
