The Base light on my VR300 robot vacuum cleaner comes on, but the Base button is greyed out in the Kobold Robot app. How do I send the VR300 back to the base station using the app?

Service Client
The VR300 can be sent to the base station:

- either by cancelling the cleaning programme and pressing the Base button afterwards
- or by simply using the Kobold Robot app while the device is still cleaning
