The lithium-ion battery pack contains substances that can endanger the environment.
Before scrapping the unit, the battery pack must be removed from the unit and returned to a battery collection point.
Only dispose of completely discharged battery packs. The contacts of the battery pack must never come into contact with metal.
The VB100 itself must not be disposed of as household waste. You can return your old electrical equipment free of charge to one of the municipal collection points.
You can also dispose of old electrical equipment in one of the Vorwerk stores near you.
If there is no Vorwerk shop near you, you can return your old appliance by DHL with return shipment. We will provide you with a return label free of charge for this purpose.
