How do I activate the knead mode on my Thermomix ® TM5 and what is the maximum amount of dough I can prepare at a time?

Press the ear of wheat symbol on the display to activate dough mode.

You can then start this by turning the dial.

When preparing dough, we recommend that you always use the quantities given in the recipes.

Never leave your Thermomix ® TM5 unattended if you are trying out your own recipes, and reduce the quantities in case of overloading.
