You can adjust the volume and duration of the warning tone as you desire. For safety reasons, the tone can’t be switched off entirely.
You can stop the tone by reducing the speed (turning the selector) or just by pressing the selector. The tone also stops when you remove the mixing bowl from the appliance.
Since the introduction of the Thermomix ® TM5, a software update has adjusted the tone marking the end of “automatic recipes” to be the same as the standard tone. Previous software versions had a different tone for the end of this function.
